Very pleased with the quality and installation of our new windows, crew was here exactly when they said they would be. Professional, quick and clean. These windows are WAY more efficient than my 35 year old metal frame thin windows. And really pleased how the reeder glass window looks by the front door, light can come in, and still have privacy. River city glass truck has been following me around for the last several miles. I parked at my doctors appointment, and he followed me into the parking lot, turned around, waited at the end of the lot facing me, drove by my vehicle again, then pulled in to a parking spot beside me backed out and stopped at my vehicle. As he drove by me, I stopped at his vehicle, and he did not unroll his window, but stopped his vehicle, and appeared to be looking at me (through the heavily tinted windows), and then slowly pulled on, then parked by my vehicle momentarily and left. As he left, I took a picture of his truck. License plate is D338628. White Silverado. If you are the owner, you should not stalk people while in your business truck! If you are not the owner, someone should look into your staff’s habits. Not safe. This occurred Monday, 8/14/2023, shortly before 11 AM on East 12,9xx block of Sprague Avenue. There is no further information to provide. The truck, the description, the time of day, location and license plate have been provided. I will not give you my email address. I will retain the pictures should something further come about. The person driving this truck followed me by crossing the lanes heading eastbound to take a left into my doctors appointment (located on the north side of Sprague Avenue and I was heading eastbound). He followed me through the doctors parking lot. Because I knew he was following me. I parked next door, but he followed me through to the next parking lot. He then drove around the parking lot right near me, sauntering about with his truck, obviously watching me, passing by me at least three times. At one point parking back a bit further (by the back of the business but facing forward where I was parked) facing me and just watching. At this point, I called someone, then chose to take pictures and post. I don’t want anything but to stop this bizarre behavior. No need to give you my email address. I can’t imagine how much more bold he would’ve been had he not been in a work truck with River City Glass plastered all over it.

Had a very professional and efficient experience with Steve and Dustin from River City Glass today. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and took extra care to make the windows they replaced as spotless and clean as possible. Thank you both for the excellent customer service and experience. 5/5 stars, we would highly recommend them in the future.👍👍

Great people to work with. Very happy with sales who came to house and people at the office. Install was seemless and installers were super nice. Install was sched for May 2023. They finished another job early in February 2023 and moved our Install date 3 months. We have had the (wholehouse) new windows for almost a month and could not be happier. So clear, lots of glass, slide and lock easily, nice inside sills...reasonable price too (we compared with 4 other outfits and did not choose the cheapest price due to quality considerations but River City fit the bill with options, quality and price.)
